Last weekend it was raining cats and dogs in The Netherlands, so I decided it was time for some sunshine. I started making a junk journal with the sunflower as the hero :) You can see the result  by watching the movie. Thank you for visiting my blog!

Mijn eerste project voor het nieuwe jaar is een junk journal. Gemaakt met allerlei overschotten van design papier en schattige afbeeldingen. My first project for this new year is a junk journal, made with all kinds of leftovers and cute pictures. De kaft is gemaakt van karton bewerkt met een bruine stof. Voor de binnenkant van de kaft heb ik stevig designpapier gebruikt. The cover is made out of chipboard layered with brown fabric. For the inside of the cover I used firm designpaper. Het journal zit boordevol tags en pockets en afbeeldingen uit oude boeken. The journal is filled with numerous tags and pictures from old books. Voor dit journal heb ik een oud boek helemaal gesloopt en de kaft bewerkt met plakfolie en de rug met linnen. De inhoud is gemaakt met koffie gekleurd papier en design papier van Stamperia. Zo krijgt dit boek een nieuw leven als journal/diary met een vleugje romantiek. For this journal I wrecked an old book and made a new cover and spine. For the journal itself I used coffee dyed paper and design paper from Stamperia. So this book starts a new life as journal/diary with a little bit of romance. Thank you for visiting my blog!
